Mary Ibrahim, Head of Product & Policy Underwriting, Asia & Oceania

 

Mary Ibrahim has our brokers and customers at the forefront of her thinking every day. She is responsible for making sure our products and policy underwriting principles meet our customers evolving needs.

 

On a day to day basis, she will listen to customer feedback and develop new product structures and policy wording. She will also train staff members across the region on these new policies and procedures so they're smoothly integrated into our customer experience.

 

Mary is based in Sydney and has over 30 years’ experience in credit insurance. She previously worked at the Export Finance & Insurance Corporation (EFIC) responsible for various roles in the credit insurance business and has travelled extensively around the world researching buyers, industries and meeting with them as well as banks and government officials. She moved to Atradius following the divestment of the EFIC business in 2003, again working in all areas of the credit insurance business.

 

Mary graduated from Sydney University with an Economics Degree and Macquarie University with a Master’s Degree in Economics and International Finance. She is very passionate about great customer service and staff development.

Alfredo Raimondo, Senior Account Manager

 

Alfredo is the Senior Global Account Manager for the Atradius Global & Asia department. Based in Sydney, he is responsible for multinational businesses in Australia and New Zealand. He joined Atradius Global in 2004 operating out of our office in Italy before moving to Australia in 2013. Alfredo has over 15 years experience working with multinational businesses. He is dedicated to helping top tier companies bring the world new and exciting products and services, navigating variables like global fluctuations in trade, legislation, language and cultural differences.

Kathryn Aliberti, Senior Account Manager, Global

 

Working with multi-national companies, Kathryn works to provide a seamless customer experience through learning about her customers and their business. She strives to understand their business opportunities and challenges, looking to provide solutions and assistance to ensure their policy supports business growth. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service through building strong relationships with her clients and key stakeholders.  

 

Based in Sydney, Kathryn has over 15 years of experience in the trade credit insurance industry. She joined the Atradius Australia team in 2013 as a Senior Risk Underwriter, responsible for Mining, Engineering, and Construction Materials, and then moved to the Retail and Consumer Durables portfolio. In 2022, She joined the Global division as a Relationship Manager responsible for a portfolio of large multi-national businesses. Prior to joining Atradius, Kathryn worked at another Insurer as a Claims and Recoveries Officer for 5 years.  

 

Kathryn graduated from the University of NSW with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations and later completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance at Macquarie University.
