Mary Ibrahim, Head of Client Services & Account Management
Mary Ibrahim heads the Client Services and Account Management team in NSW and QLD and has overall responsibility for Marketing. Mary, who is based in Sydney, has over 25 years’ experience in credit insurance. She graduated from Sydney University with an Economics Degree and Macquarie University with a Master’s Degree in Economics and International Finance. Prior to this Mary worked at the Export Finance & Insurance Corporation (EFIC) responsible for various roles in the credit insurance business and has travelled extensively around the world researching buyers, industries and meeting with them as well as banks and government officials. She moved to Atradius following the divestment of the EFIC business in 2003, working all areas of the credit insurance business and is Chair of the APAC Trade Sector Committee. She is very passionate about great Customer Service and staff development.
Rupa Jagannathan, Head of Client Services
Rupa Jagannathan heads the Client Services team in VIC, SA, TAS, WA and New Zealand. Rupa began her credit insurance career with Atradius in New Zealand in early 2007. Prior to this Rupa had extensive banking experience within both Retail and Business Banking with HSBC and Westpac. Rupa managed the existing client base in New Zealand and was responsible for business development and broker relationships in NZ before moving to Melbourne in late 2011 to take up a Senior Account Management role. Rupa’s field of expertise includes Relationship Management, Risk Management, Policy Underwriting, Staff development and coaching. Rupa, who is based in Melbourne, is a highly driven professional and is solutions focussed. Rupa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a qualified Cost Accountant.
Annie-May Paties, Senior Account Manager, QLD
Annie-May Paties joined Atradius in 2017 as a Senior Account Manager for QLD. Prior to this, she was a trade credit insurance broker at Marsh for 4 years. Annie provides fast and efficient service with a smile. She works with her customers to manage their risk and cover them for the worst case scenario which means they can focus on innovative strategies knowing they're covered for things like non-payment of invoices.
Ashe Seaton, Senior Account Manager, WA
Ashe Seaton moved into the role of senior account manager for WA in November 2015. Ashe has worked in various roles within Atradius for 13 years including claims, recoveries and special risk management underwriting/recoveries. She graduated from Edith Cowan University in WA with an Arts degree in Media and Politics before moving to Sydney and taking up a job assessing and issuing deposit bonds. Ashe returned home to WA in 2013 with Atradius and moved from a claims role to commercial when the opportunity arose. Ashe's extensive experience in claims and recoveries as well as a strong customer focus and diligent work ethic will benefit our customers in an increasing WA market.
Gordon Kidd, Senior Account Manager, NSW
Gordon Kidd works with the Service/Retention team as a Senior Account Manager. Gordon has over 14 years experience in credit insurance working across various areas including business development, claims, risk underwriting, and account management. Part of his credit insurance experience includes 4 years at the Export Finance & Insurance Corporation (EFIC). He has two Science Degrees and has completed studies at the Australian Securities institute of Australia. Other roles outside of credit insurance include Credit Manager in a textile services company in London, Joint Venture Billing accounting in Oil & Gas exploration in London, and Telecine/Video Business Sales Manager Melbourne. Gordon likes to work closely with clients to both understand their business needs and identify solutions.
Janet Fenech, Senior Account Manager, NSW
Janet Fenech works as the Senior Manager of the Client Relations Team. Prior to joining Atradius, Janet was the Financial Controller of a private investment company, which provided consultancy services to a number of high net worth individuals and organisations. Having worked in Sydney, Brisbane, London and Edinburgh, Janet offers experience from both a local and global perspective. She has held the role of Asia Pacific Financial Controller for various Global IT software companies. She has worked in the IT industry for 17 years and brings a wealth of knowledge from many other industries such as Banking, Insurance and Advertising. Janet’s working experience brings a unique skill set to the Client Relations Team ensuring a deep understanding of the business needs of our clients. Janet is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants and a member of CPA Australia.
Kristina Upton, Senior Account Manager, QLD
Kristina joined Atradius in January 2019 following a successful career as a Broker at AON New Zealand working in the agribusiness and commercial sector before moving with AON to Australia as a Service Executive looking after Global and Corporate Clients.
Working with global and corporate clients taught Kristina a myriad of ways to insure a business with multiple needs and strengthened her ability to strategically think about how trade credit insurance can be used to protect and grow a business based on varying needs.
Kristina has a Certificate IV in General Insurance and Tier 1 Compliance from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and is currently finishing her Diploma of Integrated Risk Management.
Amelia Be, Account Manager, VIC
Amelia joined Atradius in August 2018 after five years as a credit insurance broker and 2 years as a general insurance broker.
Based on her experience Amelia understands the needs of CFOs, Credit Managers, Business Owners and General Insurance Brokers and can translate how credit insurance can support a business in easy to understand language.
She is dedicated to helping her client’s trade confidently, spending time with them, providing advice on which buyers and/or new markets to trade in and solutions for protecting their most valuable asset – cashflow.
Amelia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (HR and Marketing) and a Bachelor of Tourism Management.
Ceyda Sert, Account Manager (NSW)
Ceyda Sert is an Account Manager who has a customer centric approach. She works diligently on the business complexities that each of her client's face and offers cost effective solutions that allow them to grow their businesses with confidence.
Prior to joining Atradius in early 2017, Ceyda worked at a company called Flexigroup, within the banking and finance sector providing credit card finance and consumer lending solutions.
She is currently in her fourth year at the University of Technology Sydney, completing a double degree: Bachelor of Business majoring in Management and a Bachelor of Laws focusing focusing on insolvency law and international trade.
Lina Zareckas, Account Manager – VIC, TAS, SA
Lina Zareckas works with the Service/Retention team as an Account Manager. Lina began her credit insurance career in business development with Atradius in 2006 while she was completing the final year in her Commerce degree at Monash University. Upon graduating she assumed a full time role as a New Business Commercial Underwriter and later took up a role as Account Manager in the Melbourne office and is responsible for clients in Melbourne and South Australia. She has undertaken further training at the Australian Institute of Management and within Atradius to further enhance her risk management and financial assessment expertise. Lina works hard at developing solutions for clients and building relationships in the market.
