Jonathan O'DohertyJonathan O’Doherty, Head of New Business
Jonathan is the Head of New Business, joining Atradius initially in 2005 for three years as a Senior New Business Manager before returning to us in 2017 in his current role.
Jonathan was admitted to the Law Society of Ireland in 2010 working as a Lawyer for two years before returning to Melbourne, Australia in 2011.
Jonathan endeavours to work with customers in a considered manner and understands a Brokers’ perspective having worked for Risk Mitigation Solutions for four years on his return to Australia.
Amobi EwuzieAmobi Ewuzie, Commercial Underwriter
Amobi has been with Atradius for over 8 years now in various capacities.
He started off on the IT team in Sydney, servicing the Asia Pacific region. In between he also worked in the Telco industry honing his technical abilities and working with commercial clients. Over the years he has honed and developed those skills and is currently on the New Business team as a Commercial Underwriter.
Amobi has a Bachelor's in Telecommunication Engineering and his main strength is forging good relationships with clients and brokers alike while delivering excellent service.
Annalise SmithAnnalise Smith, Senior Manager, New Business
Annalise joined Atradius Australia in 2016 after launching her career over 7+ years ago in the Trade Credit industry as a broker.
Within Atradius, Annalise has worked for Global, New Business and Account Management while studying at University majoring in Public Relations, Film and Communication.
Currently working as a Senior Manager in New Business, Annalise brings leadership, passion and strong market results for the team and business.
She is dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic to achieve the best result for clients and the extensive broker network.
Farook MohammedFarook Mohammed, Senior Manager, New Business
Farook Mohammed has over 20 years’ of experience in the trade credit industry across Australia and New Zealand. Farook joined Atradius in 2017 with the responsibilities of managing Atradius’ New Zealand retention portfolio and new business development. Upon returning to Australia, Farook continued his responsibilities however his focus now is solely on business development across Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Atradius, Farook was a trade credit insurance broker and also obtained extension underwriting experience with one of Atradius’ competitors.
Farook holds a Bachelor of Commerce – with specialisation in Economics and Finance.
Having worked in a variety of roles gaining extensive experience and technical knowledge, being customer focused remains his priority as well as his diligent work ethic.
Hande UcarHande Ucar, Commercial Underwriter, New Business
Hande Ucar is a Commercial Underwriter in the New Business team. She holds Master's degrees in both HR and Business with a double major in Marketing.
Hande began her career as a recruiter in the healthcare and retail industries, where she developed her talent acquisition and management skills. She then transitioned to marketing and sales before becoming a certified Pilates instructor. Her diverse experiences have given her a unique perspective on the business world and a keen eye for identifying new opportunities and growth strategies.
Hande is known for her strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach and attention to detail.
Kurt WylieKurt Wylie, Senior Commercial Underwriter, New Business
Kurt Wylie works with the New Business team as a Senior Commercial Underwriter and has had 15 years’ experience in the credit insurance industry across Australia and New Zealand. He began his career in the General and Reinsurance industry in New Zealand. He moved to the government owned credit agency in 2000 where he started his career in trade credit insurance. Kurt moved to Australia in 2005 with Atradius and has worked in business development as well as his current role in managing existing accounts. Kurt is well known for his hard work and diligence in supporting his clients and brokers. His strengths lie in customer relationships and service as well as a very good understanding of credit insurance.
